By post

We're more than happy to accept postal booking requests. Just write to us at the above address, stating clearly the number of tickets, the area you'd like to be seated in, details of concessions if applicable, as well as full contact details (including telephone number and postcode) so we can contact you should there be any problems. If you'd like us to post the tickets out to you, either add £1.20 onto payment or include a stamped addressed envelope. Add the £1 per ticket booking fee and make cheques payable to Greenwich Theatre Ltd.

Payment for postal bookings by cheque only. Please do not write down credit or debit card details, or send money or theatre tokens as their safety through the post cannot be guaranteed.

We do not accept reservations. Payment has to be taken at the time of booking.

Ticket Exchange

Once paid for tickets are non-refundable. However, with three days' notice and with any tickets that have been posted out returned to the Box Office, we can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show at a cost of £2 per ticket. This fee is waived for Friends and Angels giving at least three days' notice. If you exchange tickets for a cheaper performance the difference will not be refunded.

Concessions are available on almost every performance, concession ticket prices apply to those:

  • Over 60s
  • Unwaged
  • Full-time students
  • People with a disability

Complimentary tickets are available to carers of patrons who are disabled.

Please ask Box Office when booking as we cannot discount tickets once purchased. Only one concession applies per ticket and proof of eligibility may be required upon request. Not all concessions are available online.

Group Bookers

Buy 8 or more tickets to claim a group discount. Call 020 8858 7755 for more details on specific shows. These discounts are not available when booking online.

Babes In Arms

All of our shows have a recommended booking age on the website and/or in the brochure. We ask that children and babies attend performance with children’s tickets available as these performances are suitable for them.

Performances which have been created specifically with babies in mind or in our studio space will not allow parents to buy babes in arms tickets from box office on the day and will require the purchase of a standard children’s ticket when the rest of the group books.

Performances in the main theatre space which are not created specifically with babies in mind will follow the babes in arms policy.  Parents may hold a small infant (under 2) on their lap during the performance. However, they will need to purchase a ‘Babes in Arms’ ticket in person from the box office in the hour before the performance (£1 each, not available in advance). Box office staff retain the right to require a customer to buy a children seat ticket for a baby if it is felt that the parent is likely to be uncomfortable with them sitting on their lap throughout the show.

Buggies and pushchairs are stored downstairs during the show.
