All major credit cards accepted, and we can post tickets to you for just 50p extra. There is a fixed £1.50 transaction fee for telephone bookings.


Online

Book tickets securely 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply navigate from the desired event page, or for a complete list of current shows, visit the link below to be taken to the Greenwich Theatre Ticketing homepage.

Group bookings and certain concessions or offers are not available online. Contact the box office for details. There is a booking fee of 50p per ticket for online bookings.

By post

We're more than happy to accept postal booking requests. Just write to us at the above address, stating clearly the number of tickets, the area you'd like to be seated in, details of concessions if applicable, as well as full contact details (including telephone number and postcode) so we can contact you should there be any problems. If you'd like us to post the tickets out to you, either add 50p onto payment or include a stamped addressed envelope. Add the £1.50 booking fee and make cheques payable to Greenwich Theatre Ltd.

Payment for postal bookings by cheque only. Please do not write down credit or debit card details, or send money or theatre tokens as their safety through the post cannot be guaranteed.


Reservations

We do not accept reservations. Payment has to be taken at the time of booking.



Ticket Exchange

Once paid for tickets are non-refundable. However, with three days' notice and with any tickets that have been posted out returned to the Box Office, we can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show at a cost of £1.50 per ticket. This fee is waived for friends and Angels giving at least three days' notice. If you exchange tickets for a cheaper performance the difference will not be refunded.



CONCESSIONS

Concessions are available on almost every performance for under 16s, full-time students, senior citizens and those in receipt of jobseeker or disability benefits. Complimentary tickets are available to carers of patrons who are disabled. Greenwich card holders and those aged 16 - 25 can claim special concessions on certain performances. Tickets for educational groups are £7 each on Monday - Friday, subject to availability. Not all concessions are available online.

SEASON TICKETS

This season we are continuing with our policy of offering concessions on almost every performance, with extra discount nights for Greenwich Card holders and under 25s. There are also season tickets to save you money on multi-bookings. Please note that these are not available online so if you are looking to book for three shows or more, which are elligible for a season discount, contact the Box Office directly on 020 8858 7755.

SEASON TICKET

Book for three or more shows in the season and save 20%

FRIENDS AND ANGELS

If you are a Friend or an Angel and you buy our season ticket packages then we'll give you a 25% discount (instead of the standard 20% saving). There are also a number of special first nights this season.

Season Ticket discounts do NOT apply to WHISTLE DOWN THE WIND, JACK & THE BEANSTALK or THE GRAND DUKE

All shows must be booked at the same time to qualify for the discounts. Concessions do not apply on Season Tickets.

STANDBY TICKETS

If we still have 50 tickets available one hour before the performance, standby tickets are available to Friends, Angels, Equity and BECTU members, students and Greenwich Cardholders at just £11.



GROUP BOOKERS

Buy 8 or more tickets to claim a group discount. Call 020 8858 7755 for more details on specific shows. These discounts are not available when booking online.



STANDING ROOM ONLY

Available, after all the seats have been sold, for just £7.
